Workshop

Meet the Ombudsman for Member Responsible for Complaints

Ahead of our upcoming Annual Member Responsible for Complaints Conference in November, we are pleased to offer an early opportunity for MRCs to meet the Ombudsman and have your questions about our service answered.

Join our virtual ‘Meet the Ombudsman’ session to:

  • hear directly from the Ombudsman about our role and process
  • ask the Ombudsman questions about how we look at housing complaints and apply our dispute resolution principles to investigations
  • deepen your understanding of the Ombudsman’s function and how it impacts your role and responsibilities as an MRC
  • ask questions about the role of a Member Responsible for Complaints and any challenges you have faced embedding the role within your organisation

You can book your place on this webinar via the Learning Hub.
