Self assessments for landlords with less than 1,000 homes
Join the Housing Ombudsman Service for a 1-hour webinar focused on annual self assessment reporting for small landlords with less than 1000 homes.
Following the Complaint Handling Code becoming statutory on 1 April 2024, landlords are now required to submit an annual submission of their performance against the Code. For those with less than 1,000 properties, submissions are due either at the point of publishing Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) or 12 weeks after their year-end, whichever comes first.
This session will cover:
- guidance to support you in completing your self assessment
- good practice examples of self assessment reporting
- examples of what is expected within your commentary and the different forms of evidence that can be submitted
- links to additional guidance and resources published
There will be an opportunity for questions at the end of the session. The webinar will be recorded and made available afterwards.
We’ll also provide information about further support, including guidance materials and resources for knowledge and information management.
You can book your place on this webinar via the Learning Hub.
