Join the Housing Ombudsman Service for this 1-hour webinar about our Annual Complaints Review 2023-24.
This year, we made 21,704 interventions to address issues for residents, published 271 landlord performance reports, and contacted 126 landlords where failings were identified in 75% or more of our decisions– compared to just 25 landlords last year.
We will discuss the findings and lessons learned from our review.
The webinar will be recorded and there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
