Noise complaints virtual workshops

This 2 hour virtual workshop is an opportunity for landlords and other housing professionals to explore how to implement the recommendations from the Housing Ombudsman's Spotlight reports on noise complaints.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

  • explain what a spotlight report is
  • identify the key findings from the Spotlight reports on noise complaints
  • discuss the impact of the reports recommendations
