Our new series of webinars will discuss the revised Code which will be implemented on 1 April 2022.

Our Complaint Handling Code introduced in July 2020 sets out good practice that will allow landlords to respond to complaints effectively and fairly. Following a review one year after it was introduced, it has been strengthened to further support a positive complaint handling culture.

Our new series of webinars will discuss the revised Code which will be implemented on 1 April 2022 and will include the opportunity for delegates to ask questions.

The webinars will be held:

  • 29 March 2022, 10-11am
  • 1 April 2022, 10-11am
  • 21 April 2022, 10-11am
  • 19 May 2022, 10-11am
