Landlord engagement and peer learning workshops: These interactive and engaging workshops focus on how our dispute resolution principles can bring good outcomes for landlords and residents.
You will have the opportunity to explore and discuss the dispute resolution principles, early and local resolution with an outcomes focus.
We are working in partnership with housing organisations including the Chartered Institute of Housing, HouseMark and Housing Quality Network to deliver these workshops to member landlords across England.

In 2015/16 we held workshops across England where 231 delegates from landlord members attended. These interactive workshops were very well received.
Here’s what some of our attendees had to say about our workshops:
Thank you for an extremely informative and valuable event. The material and discussions provided food for thought and will assist in positively delivering an improved complaints handling function - Angela Gibbon, Stonewater.
I thought the structure of the day and the quality of the presentations and workshops were excellent. I learned a lot and will spread the word! - Marion Gordon, Stockport Council.
A very helpful and useful session. Glad to see a very inclusive/strategic systems type approach rather than enforcement driven approach. Will help the industry and tempt tenants! - Francis Fernandes, Northampton Borough Council.
Virtual learning: Virtual action learning sets are a structured method enabling small groups to address complicated or challenging workplace issues by meeting regularly and working collectively on a virtual basis, ie you are connected via your PC or mobile device. They are most often used on:
- Work-based projects where action learning set members are involved and are able to influence the outcomes
- Operational issues that occur in the work context ie building effective working relationships, job role accountability and responsbility.
We are planning to deliver a number of virtual action learning sets to landlords in the autumn/winter of 2016. More details will follow soon.
Dispute resolution e-learning: We have developed two free online training courses - one for landlords and another for designated persons and tenants. Further details available here.
